Biography
Dr. Mohammad Hossein Abedi Valoojerdi is an international literary scholar, researcher, and creative author specializing in postcolonial literature, Gothic fiction, and intercultural connections. He earned his PhD in English (Literary Studies) from Silliman University, an MA in Dramatic Literature from the University of Arts in Tehran, and a BA in Journalism from the University of Applied Science and Technology in Tehran.
With over a decade of higher education leadership in the Philippines, Dr. Abedi Valoojerdi currently serves as an Associate Professor and former Research Coordinator at the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA (UPHSD). He is a full member of the Postcolonial Studies Association (PSA) in the United Kingdom.
